Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, who is known by several nicknames, will not require surgery for the MCL sprain he sustained in the Super Bowl LVI game against the L.A. Rams.
Burrow was noticeably limping after being sacked for the seventh time with 11:38 left in the fourth quarter of the 23-20 defeat to Los Angeles.
Bengals coach Zac Taylor said Wednesday that Burrow won’t need surgery for the pinky finger that was dislocated late in the season either, but he will need proper rest for his bodily injuries.
