Garoppolo: Recovering from surgery
Content:
ToggleThe San Francisco 49ers starting quarterback had surgery on his right shoulder earlier this week, but the operation is not expected to have an effect on his trade status. Garoppolo is likely to recuperate in time for this summer’s training camp, and be ready to work with the staff of his new team-to-be.
The 30-year-old has been with the 49ers for five seasons, with the height of his career with them taking place in 2019 when the team reached the Super Bowl championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
